Sammy is a cute smiley fellow. Come learn how to make this funky friends pattern. We will take a 30 minute break to eat, so bring your lunch!
Materials Needed:
Body Fabric - 1/2 yard
Tummuy FAbric - 1/4 yard
16mm/ 5/8" safety eyes or buttons
12oz bag of toy stuffing
Sewing machine in good working order
Matching Thread
Sammy the Shark Pattern
Additional Tools Needed:
Paper scissors
Fabric shears
Hand sewing needle
Frixon pen
Purple Thang or Expert Point & Press Tool
Straight pins
Felt and embroidery thread will be provided.

We need a minimum of 4 Students for the class to be held.

| Instructor Bio: | I am a lifelong Quilter and Sewer. I learned to make a Lakota Star Quilt completely by hand at age 8. My grandmother taught me. It is still my favorite. In 2012 I started teaching the Wonderful art of Quilting and Sewing. Since then I have been teaching at quilt shops around New Mexico, Hancock Fabrics and several Hobby Lobby stores. I designed and wrote patterns for Moda Fabrics for 4 years. I decided to direct my time on designing my favorite things, Stuffies (stuffed animals and toys), purses and other fun items. The Stuffies give me great joy. |
